Service Definition

Interactive Mediums is a month-to-month service. There are no contracts, you pay for the service on a monthly basis.

Cancellation

You may cancel your account by clicking on the 'Cancel Account' link located in the 'My Account' section of the site while logged in. You can also call us (866-683-9863), or send us an email (support@interactivemediums.com). You may cancel your service at any time, but you will be responsible for paying for the current month of service. No partial refunds will be made.
